Workspaces: Managing Multiple Brands Frictionlessly

Whether you are a marketing agency (SMMA) or a serial entrepreneur, mixing data from different projects is a recipe for disaster. HighStory uses the Workspaces concept to hermetically seal each brand.

What is a Workspace?

A Workspace is an independent container possessing:

Its own Brand Library (Logos, Colors).

Its own Social Connections.

Its own History and AI Learning.

Its own Team Members.

Analogy: Imagine HighStory is an office building. Each Workspace is a private office locked with a key.

Agency Workflow: 1 Client = 1 Workspace

This is the golden rule for agencies.

Data Isolation: Your "Vegan Restaurant" client's AI must not learn from your "Auto Garage" client's data. Workspaces ensure strategies don't pollute each other.

Billing and Credits: You can allocate a specific credit budget to a Workspace. If Client A pays more, they get more credits.

Secure Sharing: You can invite your client into THEIR workspace in "Viewer" mode (Read-only) so they see the calendar without seeing your other clients.

How to Manage Workspaces?

Create a Workspace

Click your avatar top left > "New Workspace". Name it after the brand. In 5 seconds, it's ready.

Switch (Fast Navigation)

The Workspace Switcher is always accessible at the top of the sidebar. Switch from Client A to Client B in two clicks. No logout/login needed.

Invite Collaborators

In Settings > Team, invite your designers or community managers. You can give them access to ALL workspaces or only SPECIFIC ones.
