1. Identification

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of the services provided by WELINK TECH, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of 1,000 euros, registered under number 984 800 136, having its registered office at 6 RUE DES BATELIERS, 92110 CLICHY - FRANCE (VAT: FR28984800136).

2. Description of Service

High Story provides an AI-powered marketing suite allowing automation of content creation, scheduling, and publication on social media. The service is provided as SaaS (Software as a Service).

3. Access and Account

Accessing the services requires creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any action performed from your account is deemed to be performed by you.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Services are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Payment is due in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. Intellectual Property

WELINK TECH retains exclusive ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the High Story software, brand, and website. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

6. Liability

High Story commits to a best-efforts obligation. The company shall not be held liable for service interruptions beyond its control or for direct/indirect consequences related to the use of AI-generated content. You remain solely responsible for content published on your social media accounts.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

10. Content Visibility and Indexing

Unless otherwise specified (private mode enabled), public generated campaigns may be referenced on our 'Discover' page to inspire the community. You retain full control: you can make your campaigns private at any time via your settings, which will instantly hide them from this public index.

11. Special Conditions for Agencies

Users subscribing to an 'Agency' plan acknowledge acting as professionals. They have the right to manage third-party accounts (their clients) via the platform. Direct purchase on the site constitutes acceptance of these TOU without a separate signed contract. The right of withdrawal is waived upon activation of the service, in accordance with the law on digital content supplied on an intangible medium.
